Company Profile

The kennel sports 57 covered runs to house fine upland hunting dogs for boarding, training, and sales, a large exercise pen for borders and puppies and a deer pen on the training course to break dogs from chasing deer.  Dogs are worked on 240 acres around the kennel.

The owner, Tom Woods Jr., has been training and handling pointing breeds of field trial and gun dogs since 1984. He has guided quail hunts on the Mariposa and the 6666 Ranch with Rick and Ronnie Smith for over 20 years. He has trained  AKC Master Hunters and Field Trial National Champions in horseback and back course trials.  Tom is a man of integrity and will treat your dog with utmost care to produce a hunting dog that is a delight to be with.
